AMORE FITNESS (:

im still considering whether i shld join
i have a target of 3-6 mths to slim down
& i want to get back to my body shape
i must i must I MUST!

which means lesser intake of fried food,supper,tibits etc etc
no more sweeet soft drinks, more juices & plain water
more fruits to my meal everyday
these are the things i must restrict & do

if i'm going to take up the full mth package
meaning i must gym at least 5-6 times a week
each mth will be 100 plus of cost
after 3mths, i hope i can get the results
meaning frm now till sept, i must work hard
plus, i need to get myself time for english
meaning time mgt & planning needed

ok, i must re-consider the costs and everything.
